We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. We do not accept checks, money orders or foreign credit cards. 

SALES TAX

We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to the following states: OHIO.

The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges where applicable.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number and shipping and tracking details.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If your order has been submitted it cannot be canceled. Once your order arrives you will have the option to return the items for a full refund.

BACKORDERS

If you choose to purchase an item or items on backorder, we will list the expected ship date when you add the item(s) to your cart. As soon as items are back in stock they will be shipped out. We cannot apply express shipping to backordered items. We do our best to give you the correct ship date, however on occasion we may experience delays.

ORDER STATUS

Your order status is available if you log into My Account located at the top of TensionWIRE.com. Item details will be displayed by clicking on the individual order numbers.

SHIPPING 

HOW WE SHIP

Your items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days pending credit card approval. It will generally take 5 to 7 business days from shipment date to receive your items.

To calculate total shipping times: add 1-2 business days processing with your chosen shipping method from the day your order is placed.

FREE SHIPPING

Shipping promotion must be used at checkout with valid tensionwire.com order. Total amount of order must be above stated dollar mark in promotion. US domestic orders only will qualify for free shipping. TensionWIRE.com will choose the shipping carrier of our preference.

Ground Shipping

3-8 day delivery. Orders shipped via USPS will contain delivery confirmation, UPS ground service ships with complete tracking information.

UPS Ground

2-6 day delivery. UPS ground service with complete tracking information. Ground service delivery days start within 1-2 business day after the order is placed. Transit times vary depending on your UPS shipping zone.

We utilize multiple warehouses for shipping. Items may not arrive at the same time. This will be noted at checkout.

TRACKING AN ORDER

Once you place an order you will receive an email with your tracking information if shipped by UPS. USPS provides delivery confirmation only. You can also log into your account and see your packages progress.

Note that processing and transit days are business days only (Monday-Friday, non-holiday, weekends and holidays are not counted as business days, UPS packages do not deliver on weekends , USPS services may deliver on Saturdays).

For time sensitive orders please be sure that billing and shipping information is consistent with your credit card data as processing may be delayed.

RETURNS

FREE RETURNS

TensionWIRE offers free returns on all items that are postmarked within 30 days of original shipping date. Final sale items are nonrefundable. These items will be noted as "final sale" upon checking out and on the order confirmation slip. All returns must be in saleable condition. We will not accept goods that have been damaged, washed or worn. TensionWIRE will not except return items that do not meet these criteria.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. To return an item please login to your account and click on the item you wish to return. 

2. Click add new RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Fill out form with comments and click save RMA.

3. An email will be sent to you within 2-3 business days confirming your return request. If approved, you will receive a return-shipping label with further instructions.

When items are returned you will be notified and your account will be credited the original amount.

Items that are returned without the return merchandise authorization form or outside return policy guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded. Items that do not match description on the return merchandise authorization form will not be mailed back or refunded.
